I handled the Internet division (West India). This meant managing my team in-house, liasoning with outside tech / creative / partners to give you the precise online sales / marketing solution you need.
I’ve worked with clients like Sharekhan (e-share trading), Singapore Tourism Board, Western Union Money Transfer (Indian and international campaigns), Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Jet Airways, Continental Airlines, Zydus Cadila (FMCG / Pharma), Diageo, Elf Lubricants, Worldspace satellite radio, HDFC Bank, Fiat, and Rediff.com.
I’ve also established processes (operational and financial), trained 10 new team members, and won a silver for Starcom at GoaFest 2007 for ‘Best use of digital media’

1 year in hardcore channel sales, handling north Bombay telesales and FoS channel for postpaid subscriptions. This experience covered handling large teams (300+ people, across 10 DSAs), sales forecasting, and chasing targets.
Was one of my division’s 2 best performers for 2 quarters, winning incentive trips to Dubai, Malaysia and Singapore.

Business Development. I had to get new sellers to adopt the Baazee platform as an alternate sales channel for their business, and train / manage them through startup to becoming advanced online sellers.
I also had to manage, monitor, and grow the categories under me in terms of sellers, product range, transactions, and revenue.
Under me, the Apparels & Accessories categories went from scratch to the largest transactions category, and Watches became the third-highest revenue generator for Baazee at the time, next only to Mobiles and Electronics.
